DHMO Plans

First Continental Life owns and operates Prepaid/DHMO plans in several states. Our Dental HMO plans are designed to provide comprehensive coverage and maximum savings without compromising quality of care and available for both groups and individuals.
To enroll, simply select a General Dentist from our network of dental professionals. General Dentists provide all routine dental care needs at published co-payment amounts which are listed on the Schedule of Benefits.

• No waiting periods
• Orthodontic options

During the normal course of treatment the General Dentist may determine that the patient requires a specialist to handle a specific problem. Our DHMO’s Contracted specialist are provided at 75% -80% of the specialty dentist normal fees.
